Health and Well-being

Our centre will offer:

  • Grounds where people can walk and interact with the wandering resident cats, or suit quietly and think, read and relax
  • Meditation and yoga classes in our landscaped gardens (accompanied by cats)
  • Support for people with mental illness, by giving them contact with animals and nature to help reduce stress and anxiety, boost self-esteem and create happiness
  • Confidence building by way of volunteering in a small team and gradually building up to working with larger groups
  • Healing through our qualified healers who currently work with our cats but will be on hand should individuals require it
