Micky our mascot has been out and about around Shropshire clocking up the KM to his 100km target to reach the virtual North Pole in time to pass on the lovely letters received from children saying what they think their pets and animals in rescue would like for Christmas.
Micky is nearing the end and has been seen out walking and running around Shropshire, Micky entered the Shropshire Santa 5K in Oswestry and had a great time.
As Micky nears the end of his challenge he is going to be at The Halfway House on the Wrekin Sunday 22nd December between 1pm and 2:30pm so you can come along and say hi and write a letter for Micky to deliver to Santa Paws. Micky has been working hard as Santa Paws assistant to help spread the Christmas cheer. Micky will be walking to the top of the Wrekin before 1pm and then again after 2:30pm.

Santa Paws will be delivering the gifts donated to Shropshire Cat Rescue live via Facebook, TikTok and YouTube on Christmas Eve at 7:30pm. There is still time to donate gifts for the cats and the easiest way is via our online shop.
